Delivery & Returns Policy

Since delivery and courier cost has increased recently (Covid-19), in some case we may charge extra in addition to our estimated shipping cost for the delivery.

You have the right to cancel the contract or return the product at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods, providing the goods have not been fitted or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition. If your products come faulty, Zahra Makeup & Style will organise a collection of the products for your order. For your return, advise Zahra Makeup & Style immediately. Zahra Makeup & Style will accept returns if purchased products are faulty within warranty period, quality of the product is not as normal, the product is not as described on our website, mistake was made when processing your order and delivering your products from our site.
